All day window

It's sometimes quite amazing how long it can take to do something simple. This afternoon I spent way too many hours working to install a 2X3 window in the garage which is to become my clay studio. The good news is that the experience gained from this one will make the next two go very quickly. Tomorrow night I'll try to start on the 4X6 window and then I can start framing in one of the garage doors to make it a wall. Because today I hauled my old Nissan to the mechanic!

I know this blog is about the gallery, but I'm so danged excited about my old truck that I just can't help myself.

Things are coming together a bit. I hope by mid fall to have a boiler put in and much of the tear out done. We'll see if it works out like I want it to. :)

Not much done this weekend

It's a holiday weekend, and in that spirit I'm not doing so much. We had fun at yard sales, and played around the house and slept a lot. I suppose you have to sleep sometime.
